Well maybe I suppose…
It’s been reported that Health workers in England and Wales have rejected a three year 8% pay offer from the government. Would you? With more than 96% of the GMB Union voting against the deal it seems that a pay rise is not always what it seems.
In this case the offer is unacceptable in the eyes of the Health workers as they are being bullied into taking a deal which in essence really means a pay cut given the outlook of the economy in the future. A one year deal would give the Health workers a better outcome on their salaries and give the government more of a headache!
I say give the government a headache!!
