With New Labour loosing the 7,000 majority and the Conservatives winning their first by-election since 1982, perhaps now we can get some confidence in what the future will hold for the UK.
To me the issue is simple – things have been going bad for too long now and what we need is a fresh party with new ideas to drive the UK forward again and get ourselves out of the dumps.
The public’s confidence needs to be restored and only time will tell how much longer we have to suffer New Labour at the helm.
